EXAM / RECERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS In order to take the NHA Exam a candidate must meet one of the following: Former Grad: Graduated from our courses, just make an appointment and give your name and course taken. Please give us 24 - 48 hours to respond. Education: Graduate from the selective program within 6 months Experience: One-year experience within the past FIVE years within the selective program Military - Completed selective program training in the U.S. Military service within the past FIVE years If you meet one of the requirements call us at 216.329.3232 or send an email to infocfa247@gmail.com with your name, phone number and exam requested. Upon receiving your information one of our proctors will inform you by email or phone with the details needed to be submitted prior to registering for the exam. ABSOLUTELY NO IPADS OR CELL PHONES ARE USED DURING LIVE REMOTE PROCTORING EXAM. A compatibility check on your computer will be performed to confirm you are exam ready and you will receive an email link to register your exam. You can go to a PSI location in your state to take your exam in-person. There are NO REFUNDS offered on certification exams unless the scheduled exam date is canceled by CFA. However, exams may be rescheduled within 3 months of the original exam date at no additional cost.
